is pleased to announce our award of GSA's new 8(a) Streamlined
Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS). This
Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business
set-aside contract for technology solutions and is the replacement
contract for the current 8(a) FAST small business contract.
Under the 8(a) STARS 7-year multiple awards, indefinite
delivery-indefinite quantity contract, FosterSoft offers the following
