by Industry Analyst to include firms on Wall Street for his expert
opinion of the IT Industry. Mr. Foster was recently contacted by
Key Bank, Capital Markets Division regarding Technological Trends
and Analysis. |

FosterSoft Awarded Database Contract Award at the Maryland Military
Department.
FosterSoft, utilizing it's Maryland Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
certification,
beat out the competition to provide
database support services for the Maryland Military Department.
FosterSoft is a prime contactor for this effort. |

FosterSoft continues to provide support for the National Center for
Health Statistics (NCHS) for the Centers For Disease Control (CDC)
FosterSoft continues to provide database support services for CDC's
National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS). FosterSoft is in
the third year of a multi-year contract for this support.
FosterSoft provides these services as a subcontractor to the Westat
Corporation. |
FosterSoft
continues to provide document scanning and indexing support to the
U.S. Department of Transportation. Under this contract, FosterSoft
plays an integral role in supporting the Department-wide
consolidation process by converting a substantial portion of its
paper records into an electronic format.
