FOSTERSOFT ACADEMY
FosterSoft Academy provides a unique learning opportunity for college students, combining higher education with real-world job experience in a dynamic work environment. This program offers students the chance to gain challenging, practical and meaningful on-the-job work experience that can serve as a foundation to a bright, successful future.
FosterSoft Academy offers two comprehensive programs for qualified college students to obtain valuable career building skills:
1. Corporate Internships
2. Corporate Cooperative (Co-op) Education Program
Both programs are offered through the FosterSoft headquarters in Kensington, MD, a vibrant suburban center conveniently located near the nation's capital.
FosterSoft Academy provides internships and co-op opportunities in a variety of disciplines:
• Information Technology
• Engineering
• Communications
• Marketing
• Business
• Accounting
• Finance
1. Corporate Internship Program
The Corporate Internship Program offers students the opportunity to work on corporate projects at the FosterSoft office. FosterSoft Academy does not provide compensation for participants in the internship program.

• Corporate on-the-job training
• Teambuilding events
• Consideration to advance into FosterSoft Academy's Co-op Program
Eligibility Requirements:
• Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5/4.0
• Full-time student (12 semester hours) attending an accredited college or university

2. Corporate Co-op Program
The Corporate Co-op Program offers students the opportunity to work on corporate projects. Some work may require student engagement directly with the workforce to support FosterSoft's current client base. The FosterSoft Academy provides compensation for all co-op students. The co-op program is generally reserved for college juniors and seniors, or graduate students.

• Organized social activities
• Networking with leadership and other professionals
• Learning more about career opportunities available at FosterSoft
Eligibility Requirements:
• Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0/4.0
• Full-time student (12 semester hours) attending an accredited college or university
• Generally reserved for Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students
Compensation and Benefits
Co-op students are well compensated with a competitive salary. Compensation is based upon the number of semester hours that you have completed toward your undergraduate/graduate degree or doctorate.
